Board of Directors
NAACO is governed by a Board of Directors who are elected by NAACO membership. The current board consists of 8 members: President, President-Elect, Past President, Secretary, Treasurer, and three Directors at Large whose efforts focus on Education, Communication and Membership.
The Board of Directors conducts monthly meetings via conferencing and up to three in-person meetings: at the annual conference (February); a mid-summer meeting (July); and a fall meeting (October).
NAACO activities are facilitated by member committees under the direction of current Board members. Active committees include the Conference Committee, Membership Committee (comprised of each of the Regional Directors), Education Committee, Communications Committee, Finance and Audit Committee, Nominations and Elections Committee and other committees as determined by the Board.
