Claudia Gil is the associate director of university events at New York University. Her experience includes managing the website, space, data, catering, volunteer recruitment, printing, academic attire, ceremony components and timing, and scripts. Claudia’s relationship with NYU, where she earned a BA before obtaining an MSEd from Hunter College, CUNY, and its all-university commencement goes back a long way, from serving as a student usher during Washington Square Park commencements to assisting in planning and executing NYU’s annual ceremony at the iconic Yankee Stadium.
