This member benefit allows for members across North America to connect virtually from the comfort of their office or home to engage with one another, share best practices, and contribute experiences that support Commencement and Ceremony professionals in all stages of their career. The strength of NAACO lies in its members, who support each other by sharing their own successes and challenges.

Elevating Your Commencement Social Media Plan – Social media is more than just a tool to disseminate information. Learn how to implement social media to build two-way communication and create an effective social media editorial plan by identifying target audiences and making social media accessible to all.

Diversity and Inclusion – Diversity and inclusion are popular buzzwords, especially academic circles. Moderator Jeanie Gunn from the University of Victoria shared her experiences with how the University of Victoria has worked to make convocation ceremonies more inclusive and diverse.
